MSS specializes in the servicing and maintenance of mini split heat pump systems. Deep Cleanings
Customers are advised to wash the indoor unit filters every other month to prevent dust and dander build up on their mini split heat pump system. However, even with general maintenance, particles can get deep in the unit. That's where we come in! We utilize a plastic bib to protect the rest of the interior of your home during cleaning. Our machine sprays water with a safe chemical that cleans your coil, drain pan, blower wheel, and casing. We also clean your outdoor condenser as well. The outdoor coil can get filled with leaves, pollen, pet hair, even grass clippings. It's important to keep debris off the coil so the unit can operate at its full potential. Whether the unit is on the wall, floor, or ceiling we handle them all! Cleaning your unit can reduce your energy consumption as well as increasing the life expectancy of your unit. Whether your mini split system is Mitsubishi, Fujitsu, Gree, Bosch or any other brand, we take care of all your system needs.
INSPECTIONS
We include a complimentary inspection of your units with your cleaning appointment. Our inspection checks for things like refrigerant leaks, ways for mice to enter your unit, drainage issues, insulation damage, and that the unit itself is operating normally and efficiently.
